TLDR: cheap eats for half the price , and above average quality! I got a Hong Kong pork chop over garlic rice for about $8.50 and it was a huge box of food. I got two pork chops deep fried HK style which were surprisingly juicy given it was a bit lean. They give you garlic rice and a fried egg to go along with some plain cut tomatoes for a palette cleanser.

I have been here many times and everytime it was a satisfying one. This place is the definition of your moneys worth type of eatery, they give you a fulfilling plate/meal at a low cost. They offer Filipino rice dishes that comes with garlic rice, egg, choice of tomatoes or pineapples and a choice of protein also know as silogs. Sometimes it’s hard for me to choose since all of their options are delicious so I get 2 orders. They used to have dine in, but after the pandemic everything is to go. The staffs are very friendly and well trained. They are a cash only place so have cash before arriving. I highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget or just want something quick and easy. I will definitely be back!

Superb comfort food with very reasonable pricing. Restaurant is located within San Francisco bay area. The restaurant has only takeout options and closed at 3pm just after lunchtime. Ordered Bangus (fried milk fish), it's served with fried garlic rice and sunny side up egg (special request). Otherwise egg would be scrambled with tomato or pineapple. Generous portion and pretty much tummy filling for entire day. SF needs more of such restaurant with reasonable price, tasty food and no frills service.

I've only been here once, but I definitely plan to try more of their menu. I got the Baby Bangus meal which comes with a fried egg, tomato wedges, and garlic rice. $6.25. I also added popcorn chicken for $4.25 since they ran out of lumpia by the time I got there at 3PM, which was pretty close to closing. The food is simple, and wasn't mind blowing or anything, but I think that's why I enjoyed this so much. This place is another one of the last bastions in the city for cheap, decent food. This place also reminded me of some of the Filipino restaurants I went to growing up in South Bay, just a bit more run down. You can tell this place has been here a while, since they have some old school cigarette ads up, and interestingly, they preserved their old menu above the counter with prices I can only assume were from the 90s-early 2000's? A full lunch special meal for $3.50???? I should ask them about when that was next time. I guess you should also come early since by the time I got there, a few things were sold out. Edit: forgot to add that there wasn't any seating at the time of this review (common these days post-pany), so bear that in mind. I just ate on the curb

Cheap good food. Tapa was bland, rice portions have really gotten smaller. I'd say in the last ten years portion sizes have been cut in half. So if you haven't been there in a long time, maybe order two meats or just two plates per person with a big appetite. No indoor seating for eating.

Since my last review, we had a moment where we went here almost every Saturday, even when I'd get off of work early. We've tapered off a little. We didn't want to get sick of it. The food has always been consistent. The only change now is they don't give as much rice. They used to top it off where you needed double the meat. Price has gone up by .50 because of egg price increase. My go to now is HK Style porkchop, longanisa, and lumpia shanghai. Don't forget cash only!. This place has been around for a long time. I started going here when I was in high school, which was a little while ago. This place isn't the fanciest but simple.. kinda run down now. It's been a while since I've been here. But they do still have one of the cheapest silog breakfasts that you can still get for about $5 -6. Very hard to find nowadays. Think with Mcd you easily spend $10 for a breakfast meal. They are always busy and easily run out of certain items in the morning. Food to me was mediocre, but it gets the job done. I haven't tried the HK style pork chop in a while, so I might go back to try that. This time we go the usual staples: longanisa, tocino, and tapa

I enjoyed this place from the first time I tried it about 8 years ago. Food quality is amazing for such a great price! I wish they had more of their dishes available. It seems they run out really fast and takes weeks before restocking. The environment could look a bit better. It looks like the place is ancient. Needs a major face lift. But overall, I give it a thumbs
